Adroll containers are containers with rollers and a special hook for receiving and launching on the special truck for AdRoll containers.
Adroll container has a strong floor construction made up of two longitudinal INP profiles, of cross sections profiles and of the floor panel, which has a thickness of 4 mm. The sides are made of 3mm thick sheet, with reinforcements from NOP profile thickness of 3 mm. On the back side of the container are double doors with locking handle. On the front side there are two profiles for reinforcement and a hook for pulling on the truck. On the front there are climbers.
The container can be opened, closed and with special covers. For some specific purposes hips instead of the sheet can be covered with steel net. Open containers at the upper rim have hooks for tilt. Tilt is ordered separately and can be with rolling bars.
Closed Abroll container is designed for the disposal of separated biological waste. Containers are designed for the “Hook lift” trucks (adroll tipper ). The container holds a movable roof that serves to open and close depending on the needs. Side doors and roof structure can be locked on three sides, which enables additional safety and impermeability.
The container consists of a platform that is mounted on two horizontal profiles INP 180 and a number of reinforcements. Platform, sides and door are made with the quality of the sheet S355, and the thickness of 3 mm, while the roof structure is made of the sheet thickness of 1 mm with reinforcements. The container is adequately stiffened along the floor and in profile sides. The container is 100% welded and impermeable, so there is no leakage in the environment.
Hook of the container is made according to the current standard DIN 30722 / T1 to transport “Hook lift” trucks (adroll tipper ).
