Rake conveyor with scrapers consists of a powertrain with an output hopper, default groups, flat part, curves and oblique part.
The transport ducts consist of more troughs which are connected by screws. In the channels are stored trails with guides for towing chain. Transport trough witch is used to transport the material is made of quality sheet metal thickness of 5 mm, which enables reliable operation and long life. Transport of materials is realized by the movement of the scraper, made of quality sheet metal thickness of 8 mm, which are attached to two traction chain rolls. On the scrapers are placed wipers made of plastic material thickness of 6 mm thus reducing wear and tear of transport troughs and extends their life.
Even part of the conveyor is supported using the foot with the rates on the concrete floor of the hall, and for the same they are fixed with anchor bolts.
Curved part rests on the concrete floor by columns which are fixed to the floor bz anchor bolts.
Troughs transporter are closed by sheet metal.
The front side of the conveyor are closed with lids that can be removed for cleaning and servicing interventions.
The drive is achieved by an electric motor with reduction gear, drive sprockets and the drive chain.
